Do you have reserved seating?
We do not take reservations as we are a casual establishment. However, there is usually enough seating to accommodate all our guests. On the rare occasion that there is no seating, the wait is minimal as most of our lunch guests are on tight schedules.
Can you cater private functions at your location?
Yes we do. Our location at 30 Rowes Wharf can be rented out for celebrations such as private dinner parties, corporate holiday events, birthday parties, etc.
What about parking?
There is limited on street parking on Atlantic Avenue, northbound just past Rudi's. There is also a parking garage at the Rowes Wharf Complex, two doors before us.
Can my order be picked up?
Absolutely!
What is your delivery charge?
We do not charge for delivery within the Boston area for orders of $100.00 or more. Orders outside Boston Proper may be charged a delivery fee at our discretion.
Can I tip the delivery person?
Of course, but at your discretion.
How much notice is required?
Typically 24 hours is great, however we try hard to accommodate last minute orders Please bear in mind that specialty food orders require more time to prepare, therefore require advance planning on our part.
What if I need to cancel an order?
Give us a call., We'll try to cancel your order up to the last minute unless we've purchased some specialty items just for you, or if your food has already been prepared.
What types of serving product do you use?
High quality paper goods and heay duty plastic utensils are provided with your order at no charge. We can upgrade you to a high quality, plastic disposable china should you so desire for an additional fee.
Do you have ceramic china or have service staff?
Absolutely! We work with Peterson Party Rental. We offer their products as a service to our customers. We can also provide waitstaff and bartenders.
How do I place an order
It is as simple as giving us a call. You may also fax us your order. If you choose to fax it, please confirm that your order was received by giving us a call. Our FAX number is 617.330.7657. We are working toward receiving orders online, and hope to have this service available soon. Please do not leave your in voicemail.
Do you serve beer and wine?
Yes. We serve beer and wine at Rudi's. We can also provide beer and wine at catered functions. However this requires a Certificate of liability Insurance that need to be purchased for each event.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, corporate checks and all major credit cards. Corporate customers can open corporate charge accounts. If you are a corporate customer and wish to do so, please download and fill out the Corporate Account Application Form and mail or fax it to us. Our FAX number is 617.330.7656
